Warranty ED Warranty Policy At Executive Diamonds, we take pride in crafting unique and exquisite jewellery that stands the test of time. For your piece of mind and to ensure your complete satisfaction, we are proud to offer a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects. What’s Covered We thoroughly inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly repair or replace it within **one year of purchase**. To initiate a warranty claim, simply email us at **[email protected]** with your order number and contact details. Please note that minor variations in craftsmanship or natural stone characteristics (such as inclusions or color variations) are part of your jewellery’s unique beauty and do not qualify as defects. What is Not Covered Our warranty doesn’t include: Damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care. Repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than Executive Diamonds. Eternity bands, single-shared prong rings, or rings with a band width of 1.50mm or less(due to their delicate nature). Loss, theft, or intentional damage. Transfers to another owner—this warranty applies only to the original purchaser. How to Request Warranty Service If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For your protection: All warranty returns must be shipped with tracking number and insurance (untraceable packages may not be processed). Shipping fees to and from our studio are the responsibility of the customer. Executive Diamonds is not liable for lost or stolen items during transit. Happiness Guarantee Love your jewellery as much as we do? If not, you may return it within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking) for a refund or exchange, provided it’s in its original condition with all certificates, packaging, and documentation.
