Used to be a decent company but got bought out by Xplornet, the worst company on earth. Now we have constant outages, throttling down service and the worst customer service you can imagine. Avoid these criminals at all costs!!

I have been with CCI Wireless since 2017 as a customer and my father had it years before that. I took my Father's plan over over due to him moving into the manor and I moved into his place. The mobile home had the service and the tower needed for the servicealready in place. CCI is saying that I signed a contract for my service in July 2020 and because I signed that contract I cannot cancel my plan of Pro Plus Plan (Up to 10 Mbps) $*****. I found a better service that will cost me $** for 25 Mbps locally which is way better. I called CCI Wireless April 28th 2021 to cancel my plan and they were trying to talk me into staying, Now they slapped a Bill of $*** plus tax ($***) for deactivating fee. I said I will not pay it. i paid all my bills on time and never was late in paying. I need to see the Signed Contract I supposably signed. I did not have a confirmation of signing this agreement sent to me at the time and I called 2 times April 28th if they can email me a copy of the signed agrreement. I even email them my concern and my request of emailing me the signed copy. I have not heard back from them and It a 24 hours later. I am still waiting to hear back from them.
