If we have received a deposit and also made a booking for you, 30% of your total amount ($800 minimum) will be non-refundable if you cancel your shipment before the pick up date.
100% of your total amount, plus any applicable storage and retrieval fees will be charged if you cancel your shipment after the pick up date. (This means that we have already picked up your cargo and have sent it on it's journey internationally).
