Refund Policy:

  1. Service Dissatisfaction:

    • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will schedule a revisit to address any issues at no additional cost.
    • If the issue remains unresolved after the revisit, you may request a refund for the service provided.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Three-Day Right to Cancel: Clients have the right to cancel the service within three (3) days of booking without losing the deposit.
    • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Service: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the project start time, we may charge up to 80% of the project quote amount to cover preparation and opportunity costs.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase
  4. Service Rescheduling:

    • Services can be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
    • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a rescheduling fee.
