Service Dissatisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will schedule a revisit to address any issues at no additional cost.
- If the issue remains unresolved after the revisit, you may request a refund for the service provided.

Cancellation Policy:
- Three-Day Right to Cancel: Clients have the right to cancel the service within three (3) days of booking without losing the deposit.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Service: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the project start time, we may charge up to 80% of the project quote amount to cover preparation and opportunity costs.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase

Service Rescheduling:
- Services can be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a rescheduling fee.
