***** is extremely detailed orientated and calls you every step of the way. The deck that was built looked wonderful and we are super happy with it. Workmanship was impeccable and they got it done fast. ***** was diligent with following up with us to finish up the job once other trade came in which was wonderful.

***** and his team fully finished our basement complete with wet bar and entertainment package. Overall ***** was punctual and communicated well when we had questions or concerns. The finished product looks great as well. We had a couple concerns with certain items not being included in the estimated cost such as shelves in closets and handles on cabinets (both would need these to actually serve their intended purpose) and we were charged extra for them after the fact. We also had an issue with counter tops being mis measured which created some headache and should have been noticed prior to selection. However, ***** was always available to fix these issues and the project was completed on time.Pemadale Ltd.

Peter and his team did a great job fixing a relatively complicated structural problem in our house and were creative incorporating the structural engineers changes in a way that made it feel like we gained usable space. I appreciated Peter's ability to roll with changes and his insight into all aspects of the construction process, not just carpentry work. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Pemadale's services again for any future projects.Pemadale Ltd.

Peter and his carpenter ***** worked with us to design exactly what we wanted for our deck while trying to keep it as cost effective as possible. We had a few blips along the way but Peter was able to help us come up with a solution. In the end our deck and hot tub gazebo is exactly what we wanted and we love it. Thanks:)Pemadale Ltd.
