    Litwiller Renovations completed an absolutely massive addition and full gut of our lower level. The project involved significant engineering and architectural drawings, coordinating approvals with the City, and methodically destroying our house before undertaking the reassembly - all while we lived on the upper level with a newborn and a 3-year-old. ***** was wonderful to work with, a complete professional and a man of integrity. He brought in fantastic trades, and worked closely with us as we made changes to the scope of the project. When presented with challenges or issues, ***** is calm and solution-oriented. The final product is fabulous, and were incredibly pleased. The finishes are exactly as we requested it makes the top level of our home look like its time for the same treatment!
