    I love this company! There are very clear on what they provide for ************* your wishes & concerns. They are polite, on time & very thorough & explain everything to you.Highly recommend them.

    **** did our furnace inspection. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He called before he arrived, he was pleasant to chat to and there was absolutely zero pressure for the extra work that needs to be done. Would absolutely recommend Clearview and ****!!

    ****** came to do an annual inspection of the plumbing. He was very pleasant and pointed out things for me to keep an eye on. Very much appreciated.

    I had a leaking issue with my toilet at the bottom. ***** comes in and claims there is leaking at the back of the toilet and says I need a new toilet and quotes $1000 to replace. Puts his hand on the pipes and acts like there is water on them. I have replaced a toilet before so I pay $51 for the quote. After i leave i check for water, like he clakmed, and there is nothing. I phone another plumbing company and get a high quality one installed for $350.

    Had ***** out this morning to assess why our 2 week old new furnace would not come on when the room temperature was 4 degrees below the setting. He checked the furnace and it checked out ok. He checked the thermostat and altered one of the settings. Said that should be the problem and if it should ever happen again they would replace the thermostat. Nothing but good things to say about Clearview and their staff. ***** was very thorough and competent and came out on same morning short notice when they are crazy busy. I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview to anyone.

    Had a kitchen faucet leak. Tech suggested replacement for a simple one. Cost from ********** under 200. They quoted a price of ****. That is 10 times the cost. Sure later to replace a faucet does not cost ****. Unfortunately they were the only one that showed up. Ended paying for cartridge replacement. Still cost 3 times of new one.

    First time user of a Furnace company so we didnt know what to expect. It was Great!! Very thorough and believe it or not, **** took the time to help us with the understanding of the health of our furnace! Experience was great and my wife and I should be warm this winter!! Thanks ****!

    ClearView Services answers the phone: "How can I make your day amazing?" Well, how about starting with doing what you say youre going to do, when you say youre going to do it, and at a transparent and reasonable cost? Expect none of that. The lift station they installed 3 years ago, for $2,000, failed. I called them to come out and was told they would be there in two days time before noon. The technician arrived at 4:00 pm. He made me sign off on a $350 quote to do a "diagnostic"...which I did, under duress as there was raw sewage in my basement. The diagnostic revealed that the three year-old pump they installed was shot and I would require a new one. The cost of that would be $4000...so 100% inflation in three years. I asked for a detailed quote so I could look at the change in parts and labour. This discussion took place while my house is filled with the smell of sewage and the sewage pit in the basement was exposed. I was promised the detailed quote, was told they would be at my home the following morning by 9:00 am, and, at their demand, provided them a $2000 deposit before the tech agreed to close up the sewage pit.It is now past noon the following day. They have REFUSED to provide me a detailed quote. They have NOT come to complete the repair as promised. They have NOT followed up with me after I called their office. They have kept my $2000 deposit.

    The problem was resolved on the first visit, but there were further issues that were resolved on the second visit. *** is so pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. We were very glad to have him working on our problem!
