Go Furnace Ltd. has the right to refuse warranty if equipment is deemed to be neglected or improperly tampered with by the homeowner or any other person other than Go Furnace Ltd. qualified technicians. All call out site visit trips resulting from the above mentioned conditions will be subject to travel, diagnostic, and/or hourly labor charge.
