    On April 24, 2025, My Rav4 2021 was drooped off to *** facility for Hail Damage Repair that will be covered under my insurance along with the rental of $1500 *** Hail has notified me that the vehicle repair is estimated around 45 days Therefore, Insurance and I aggreged to be in a small vehicle to accommodate the 1500 limit On June 5, 2025, *** has informed me that that there is delay on repair and for me to contact my insurance to cover the expenses of the rental. The Insurance approved the rental extension and maximising my rental coverage for the whole year. New End Date that insurance will cover was JUNE 23, 2025 On June 23, 2025, I was informed by *** Team that there is another delay on repair by their body shop for my vehicle and this will not be done by date promised. As mentioned to the *** administrator over the phone that I had no other way to get around without my vehicle. The *** administrator mentioned that there are cases that the rental was handled by the body shop when it was past the promise deadline with their manager's approval.Therefore she passed the message to the manager and I was also promised that the manager will be contacting me regarding the situation however the phone call from the manager never happened. I had called *** several times and no one had picked my calls and left several voicemails. Until now no one has called me for an update on my vehicle status nor a manager to call me who will be covering the car rentals Today July 3, 2025, I called again and left voicemails to ***. This is very concerning to me. I am not sure if they are still in business and where is my vehicle?This afternoon Enterprise is contacting me to collect the funds from me and I mentioned to *** administrator I have no Funds to cover for this cost Your assistance to contact the *** to release my vehicle along with covering the rental fees to that is currently in my possession will be greatly apricated.     My vehicle was given to PDR Hail team Cal ******* is ********************************** hail damage repairs. My Vehicle was there for almost month hand half. They have damage the back camera while doing the repairs. It was perfectly working when my truck was dropped off. I had called them same day after picking up my truck about this issue. They told me to bring to shop to check which i did. ***** (Operations Manager) had quick look and could no diagnose the issue and told to wait until he talks to the shop. 2 More weeks wait and than he said they will not fix it .

    Hello and thank you for your message. The clients ********************************* for hail damage repairs. Our company fixed the paintless dent repair portion and CARSTAR Springbank completed the conventional portion of the repairs. The client is correct in saying that the back up camera was working prior to the repairs. Both our company and the bodyshop (CARSTAR Springbank) noticed that the camera had stopped working and tried to troubleshoot and resolve it to no avail. The next step in this process is for the owner to authorize a diagnostic at their dealership. Should the diagnostic reveal that the malfunction of the camera is related to the hail storm or the hail repairs, ourselves and/or insurance will cover the cost to correct the issue. We are currently waiting for the client to complete this diagnostic. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    How do I proof this was done during the repairs. This is the excuse not to take the responsibility of the damage they occur . If I take to dealers ship they cant determine the exact cause either . Its just the road accident where you can blame each other. The truck was at their body shop for almost 2 months . Its their responsibility to return my truck in the condition it was given , truck was dirty inside  with black marks all over the place , hail damage was fixed but they ruined my truck. They did not try to fix the camera when I went back . Manager had Quick Look and said will contact the body shop . Body shop refused to check it . Than they ask me to check with insurance and they are the one telling me diagnose . I want PDR hail team to fix it . They were suppose to check the cars before giving back to client and they did not . How dont know which body shop they had sent . PDR hail team dropped the ball to do their inspection after repairs .
