  I would rate this company 0 stars. This is to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Gutter Doctor. On September 16 a technician came to my home to clean and repair gutters. Frankly, I was shocked to receive a quote of of ******** to complete the work, but at that point I had had polite and professional conversation with them, so decided to proceed. I was informed that my gutters would be cleaned and a leak I had noticed in one corner of the gutters would be repaired. The technician also informed me that he would run water through the gutters when he completed his work to ensure they were clean, and draining and functioning properly. The work was done on September 16, 2025. In early November 2025, after a snowfall, water was dripping very heavily from a different corner of the gutters, where there had never before been a problem. I called gutter doctor and had an extremely unsatisfactory and unpleasant interaction. I was told that if the technician had missed this problem corner, they were sorry. Then that they could send him out again to give me a new quote to get the repair done, and also that their warranty would not cover a so called "new" problem. I informed them as noted, that their technician had assured me that water would have been run through the gutters to make sure there were no other problems with leaking or clogs--and obviously that wasn't done or this problem would have been noted. So ***** paid and gutters that are leaking worse than before. I will add that around the same time I had my gutters "worked on", neighbors on my street were having theirs done as well. One used "Men in Kilts", and the other neighbor used Chinook Exteriors. ********* rated these companies very highly. Very expensive mistake for me going with this company. ***** **

  This complaint is irrational. You screamed at our receptionists for 30 minutes while they were trying to explain to you that we have a warranty- but this was a different leak than was fixed when he was there. It was a new leak that was not noticed before. The technician never said he would run water through the gutters and he didn't, but if he had run water, then the leak would have been noticed and you would have been given a price to fix that for an additional charge. It would not have been a free fix! We offered to come back the very next day and give you a good price to fix it, but you continued to scream and demand that it should be fixed for free under a warranty. The warranty only covers work we did. This was new work you wanted done.

  If I could leave "ZERO" stars I would. Do not hire this company. I paid them to come clean the gutters, repair and give recommendations. They didn't complete the cleaning at all , made no recommendations for repairs or quotes for specific items that were discussed in detail and ensuring they would provide quotes. They provided nothing but the comment see what happened after it rains again. Really ? The same thing that has been happening. They didnt even complete cleaning the eavestroughs. I hired another company to review and one downspout was completely clogged, others still had lots of pine cones, and needles and the roof top as totally disconnected so that told me that they didnt go up on the roof. I agree with other low reviewers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ***** ****. I wish I would have read these reviews before as I would have saved myself a lot of money.

  Gutter doctor charged me just under $600 and one down spout off my garage was plugged solid. I hired another individual to take it apart and clean it. They (Gutter Doctor) are a rip off artist. They were at my house for 3hrs max and never completed what they said they would do. I spoke to a women at Gutter Doctor that was extremely rude. Done with this company!!!

  Excellent interaction with the company. The only problem was that the worker came when I was not at home, so I couldn't show him all the problem places.Due to weather conditions the repairs were delayed ********* is now finally done, I am hoping it is all fixed; will have to wait for the rain to test.

  We are located in *****, and ***** is the ***** area contractor for Gutter Doctor.We hired gutter doctor to do an assessment and change for our drainage, and at the same time clean the gutters. The job was quoted at $800 for the drainage fix, and $300 for cleaning. If the job had been done successfully we would have no problem paying, but ***** and his assistant were only at the property for 2 hours and the work they completed was sub-par. (Its a stretch to even call it completed).The drainage problem does not appear to be fixed (he only removed a downspout and said this should fix any problems. It is now putting too much water in our front yard and drowning our grass.) There is also still standing water in our top eavestrough and they are telling me it is not a drainage issue.The cleaning was haphazard and lazy at best. They did not use any water-they just brushed them out, and left all of the debris scattered all over the yard. When we contacted them about the debis, they came and collected it, and then dropped it in our front flower bed.Management has been made aware of the problems and nothing has been done. No one other than ***** has contacted us, and it appears that Gutter Doctor does not care about the quality of work done by their subcontractors.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
