    The shipping speed is always amazing. My most recent order I noticed that there was an error in where the order was being shipped, and customer service responded immediately to my email. They were quick to find out what went wrong, and I was contacted quickly with an explanation and assurances that my order would ship ASAP. That was Monday, and I received the order on Wednesday of the same week, and I'm in *******. The communication was excellent, with several follow-*** with details of the shipping and when it would arrive. Overall I would say this organization has excellent customer service.

    Wonderful service from Rapid Test and Trace!!! We used them for Observed Covid test during Covid, prior to a cruise. Directions were simple to follow. Tester was punctual and explained every thing, step by step. The second time we used Rapid Test and Trace was for another Observed test, prior to a cruise. **************** was fast and responsive when we needed to change date and time, and/or cancel our appt. I can confidently say that wed use their services again, if needed.

    Very easy to order from this company. The customer service representative was also very polite when I cancelled my order, and I got the refund confirmation very quickly. Would recommend this company if you have to purchase any rapid antigen tests.

    Tried to cancel my order. Was told my order could not be cancelled since it had already shipped. I don't have an email confirmation that it has in fact been shipped. Simply received an email that it had been received and was being processed. Tried to initiate a cancellation and only way to communicate with this company is through their chat box. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company again and will NOT recommend this site to family and friends.
