Beware of VAAR for Your Garage Construction Project I strongly advise you to reconsider hiring **** for any services, especially if you're planning to build or renovate a garage. Our experience was nothing short of frustrating. We had paid them for work that was incomplete and poorly done.Unfinished Work: The garage was far from complete when they demanded full payment. The doorknob was not installed and the interior wall finishing was poorly executed. Nails were sticking out, and some of the walls were broken into pieces. It was clear that the job was rushed and not up to standard.Electrical Work Left Unsafe: When they installed the wiring, they dug a hole in the ground to connect it to the main house, but left the hole wide open. We had to cover it ourselves to avoid accidents.Unprofessional Behavior: To make matters worse, the contractor was rude, yelling at us when we expressed our concerns. They pressured us into paying the full amount before final inspection was even done, threatening to sue us over payment even though we had never refused to pay. To avoid further arguments, we ended up paying the full amount, even though many issues were still unresolved.Poor ***************** After payment, when I reached out to ask for invoices, I was met with more rude behavior. They were unhelpful and dismissive of our *********** conclusion, I highly recommend staying away from VAAR. Their lack of professionalism, unfinished work, and poor customer service made for an incredibly stressful experience. I would not trust them with any future projects.

Dear customer Seems like you have poor memory and forgot to mentioned that you were keep hiding when it came to a payment part ,It was winter when you finished inspection with the town and ground was frozen and 2ft portion of the total 25 ft trench was left open which was covered with plywood on temporary base until ground ll thaw in the spring Seems like you forgot lot of things here forgot to mentioned that you tried to lie when it came to final part Seems like you forgot to mentioned that we helped you to run extra electrical work for free , forgot to mention that you still owe us the payment for some of the extra work that was done Forgot that we asked you to include taping work so you don't see the joints between drywall And after everything was done including some freebies you were keep hiding and delaying the payment for no reason And remember you tried to attack us with metal pipe when we came for final payment , which will go to a court now Goodluck

Please read this before you decide to build with VAAR. 1. Garage door is not properly installed. Based on other reviews most have the same issue. Garage door brackets break with time, one after another. I asked another company to complete an inspection and I was told that the entire door will have to replaced which is very pricy and that the door that was installed is very cheap, and the door is not currently aliened correctly and all brackets are not installed properly. Vaar again does not respond and I reported this issue within 1 year. 2. The entry garage door was not properly installed and Vaar promised to fixed it so it closes but I have been trying to contact the company and no responses. I even have a message that VAAR will fix...I asked another company to complete an inspection and I was told that the door frame will have to be redone. Also, here is something else: in order to install electricity in the garage, they dug a hole and seems like they don't complete locates, and they drilled through the house wall at the wrong location and damaged the wall and all interior finishes. I was lucky that I still had the house warranty... they also not suppose to take any deposits unless they have proper insurance (only big companies have such insurance). Neighbours also had issues with them... In the end, VAAR was very rude with me for nothing and not willing to fix things within 1 year...saying that someone tried to get into my garage so they had many accuses....Also, their warranty is only 1 year but other companies provide a lifetime warranty. Now I have an opinion from a garage expert.

Do not use V AAR exteriors to build a garage. Our garage is less than 1 year old and we had an electrical fire that they won’t even come at look at! Our garage and vehicles could have gone up in flames!
