  ***********************'s just recently installed a new furnace in my parent's house as their furnace stop working. From my dad's first call, to the options he was given on a new furnace, the service and caring for the customer was top notch. The ******************** was installed right away, on time, and the technician **** explained everything to my dad and ensured that if he needed anything they were thee to assist him. Management has been prompt with answers to questions, warranties on the furnace, etc. He has had prior furnaces installed before and the service and quality of installation remains the same, excellent and above and beyond what one could from a service company. I would definately recommend them to family and friends. In fact, a good friend of mine had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed in their home last year and they are so happy with the service they received. I know who I will be calling for my next furnace and air conditioning needs. Spring's puts customers first and treats them like family. Well done and deserved.

  First time to get their services in installing the new furnace and hot water tank yesterday as referred by my co-worker. From the first day of visit to assess my place by ******* (owner) and did the temporary repair at the same day of my furnace by *** (service technician) while preparing for the schedule installation. Until the day has come to put a new furnace and hot water tank by ****** and ***** (service technicians) the experience I had was excellent!!! Including communicating thru e-mail with ****** (owner). All of them are very professional, kind, respectful and with fantastic customer service. The prices are lower as compared with other 2 companies that submitted their quotations. Highly recommended.

  Provided and installed an AC unit for us and we have signed up for their service plan which has proven beneficial with discounts on our duct cleaning and provided us with an annual furnace inspection. Their staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend then to all my friends

  I had Spring's Servicing & Heating Ltd. come to do a routine service on my furnace on November 9. The furnace is 18 years old, but the technician felt it had more years left and was functioning well before and after he left. Within hours of leaving the house the furnace was only blowing cold air and I woke up to no heat the next morning. I called them and they sent out a second technician who that said the circuit board was broken and felt it was just a "coincidence" and said that I would now require a new furnace. He repeatedly stated that he was just a Tech and that the failure just happens. I received quotes for replacement from several companies and this "coincidental" failure has now cost me $8,000 in repairs. Springs has refused to refund the $150 they charged to service my furnace, although their quote did agree to refund it if I purchased a new furnace from them. The angry receptionist also immediately sent out the Tech to take back the loaned heater to leave me in the cold without a functional furnace. I tried to support a local company, but would NOT recommend that you do the same. They left me angry, frustrated and out $150. Extremely poor customer service when their competition has fixed right or it's free right on their business cards!

  Good Morning, This is fact is not how everything transpired. We did have one of our technicians out on November 9th to do a tune up on the furnace. It was advised to you that the furnace is 18 years old and that parts would be difficult to find. He did advise you that it would be beneficial to look at replacing the furnace. You did not call us the next day you called us on Saturday November 11th, not hours after he left. Our technician left the furnace functioning on November 9th. We dispatched a technician on a Saturday within hours of your call at no charge to you. We left you with space heaters and provided you with a quote to replace the furnace that was not $8000.00, our quote was for $5000.00. We did not break nor cause any damage to your 18 year old furnace. We did come back on Monday November 13th to pick up our space heater which is our property. You advised us that you were going with another company to replace your furnace therefore we needed our space heater back. We do not appreciate your accusatory accusations.

  Both furnaces in the house stopped working the same cold day. I called Springs and they came the next afternoon. They repaired both furnaces and cleaned them. They were very punctual, efficient and courteous. Cant thank them enough. Id recommend this company to anyone.******
