Hello,This company harassed me and defeated their own mission statement. An employee yelled at me via phone to stop emailing the lawyer because they wanted to profit off me. I got my issue resolved in my own and they still charged me $1500 and threatened my land title. They did embarrass me and stressed me out to the point I was a cyclist on this evening and was in collision.

I hired them to help resolve the foreclosure of my duplex I have owned for almost 10 years.

    I e-transferred $500.00 to start the file.

I was not getting any information in a prompt or efficient amount of time and due to this I became very stressed out. I tried to call ***** but as per email, my calls were sent directly t voicemail. This is when I began to contact the lawyer myself and when the company found out, proceeded to immediately call me and YELL at me, told me to stop, and that they would take care of it. I in fact, did their job for them. I was able to contact the foreclosure lawyer and resolve this all on my own.

As per email agreement on or around May 31, 2025 they demanded $3,865.00 to close the file although I was harassed and not provided their services and did the job myself. Once I mentioned that, ***** apparently spoke to her director (**** *********) who advised they would settle on $1000 to close the file. In the midst of this, I discovered my mom has stage IV terminal cancer and I had to take some time away from work and computer to focus on her as I am a nurse and a caregiver for her. I forgot to reply and than on July 30, 2025 after sending me an email the employee ***** T began to text me. I mentioned that I found it harassing me to text after emailing and that we should remain professional and I would return her email the next day. I am unsure if the text had anything to do with stress and the fact the shortly after I was a pedal cyclist hit by a car and ended up in trauma in Emergency. I then received the attached letter in my mail although we had an agreement to settle on $1000... I was DEMANDED to pay the full balance but as per email reminded the director himself who also became abusive! I advised him I was in a brutal accident and that I could not pay August 5th as per his email and asked him to extend another day due to same. He said he would but due to the severity of the concern and being threatened that this company would put me back into foreclosure even though their goal is to help individual out of same?

I paid the $1000 in time August 5th despite my severe inured I had to arrange around... I then proceeded to leave an honest review outlining the above, professionally, and **** called me and stated he would be suing me despite me sending the payment, and having the right as a consumer to leave a review, I even mentioned in an email I would be doing same. I told **** it was not a good time to talk and he demanded that I remove my review or he would put me back into foreclosure and sue ********* When I said I was busy, he demanded he call back and I agreed to this Friday (TODAY) and he completel failed to even make the call to me!

I would like a letter of apology both electronically and written. I would like the caveat removed as per agreement and I would like a full refund of my $1500 back as I am a single mother, my own mother has cancer, and I did the job for them while being harassed and threatened.
