    Terrible! Colleagues and I purchased a gift card for a co-worker and her family, going through a hard time. When she placed an order, it was not delivered, nor has anyone returned her calls/emails. I have also tried several times to reach out to someone, without a response or the return of the funds of the gift card. I do not recommend this company!! The least they could do is return the funds, but they have decided to ignore our attempts at a resolution and have kept the money.

    why did you cancel order ********* on Dec 17th? You only refunded $40 of a $120 order. the last $80 was a gift card.

    Food is ok. Do fill me up. Do not like thyme/******** in food. Really miss the breakfasts! They were the best. Debating if I will continue with Chef to Table

    I am disappointed with this company - particularly in its lack of organization and communication. The food is not sent from ******* or its surrounding area - instead, the food is shipped from ******, ******* via ****** This is not noted anywhere on the website and it advertises as being located in *******, *******. While the food is good, and there were good options, you will not receive any communication from the company if you had a question. Also, they recently stopped deliveries on Thursdays, yet you will still get reminders to order for Thursday deliveries. However, your receipt will show a Tuesday delivery date or a random date that has already passed, which is extremely confusing. When finally receiving a response from someone at the company, you will be told that you ordered for a Tuesday delivery and it is your fault, despite their website order form and the reminder email saying otherwise. This company could benefit from hiring on an admin person even for a few hours a week to help sort out its extreme disorganization. Over the long weekend, orders were also delayed by a day without notifying us, and the food arrived with the icepacks completely melted and the food was at a suspicious temperature and had to be thrown out. I have lost trust in this company, I have asked for my missing order to be refunded and it has not been processed, and I will not be ordering here again. The food was good, but this is not worth it.

    They shorted my order. I am missing a meal i ordered and paid for. No response to my communications on this. No phone number, trued onlind chst and they signed iff as soon as i mentioned missing item. No response to 3 emails.Food arrived with thawed ice packs, jumbled and inadequately packed..so everytning looks like mush. Was concerned on safety as they were barely cool.

    VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! We bought a gift card for a friend who was going through cancer treatment. The meals they ordered never arrived. And when we tried to get our money back to provide another option for our friend, complete radio silence! How are they even in business, if they arent even providing a service and are just taking our money! I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing services from this business!

    DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a week worth of meals, thinking that the meals are prepared locally and fresh. I spent $100 on 4 meals. The "meals" that showed up today are snack size garbage that are the quality of a ******* frozen meal, even worse. And, these meals are not prepared locally, they are constructed in ******* and shipped via ********* Everything on their website states that they are a local company in *******. I could have bought myself 3 steak dinners for the price of this garbage that was sent to me. Furthermore, the customer service is non-existant!! Try to call the phone number listed- disconnected. I went to the address that is listed on the website and the company doesn't exist there anymore. From what I was told, Chef to Table owes alot of people alot of money!! I am warning everyone, go to ******* and buy a frozen lasagna, you'll get a better/bigger meal, and better customer service from them!!!!!

    I purchased a meal plan from Chef to Table as a Christmas gift and I did not receive my Pin or details on making the weekly order. Therefor I have not received ANY meals.I have followed up with Chef to Table by phone, message and email but:- The phone number provided is not in service.- I had originally been in message contact with Chef to Table but they have become unresponsive through messenger since receiving my payment.- Chef To Table is not responding to my emails. They have received my money and have become 100% unaccountable to our agreement.
