      I would hire them again. Our water damages were relatively minor- collateral to a neighboring condo's flood leak. The original contractor that was hired by the neighbor in the end would not show up. We instead then contacted Direct Restoration and they came out first to re-assess and then perform repairs. Repairs were complete within 6 weeks contacting them. The scheduler budgeted 3 days work though it took the workers 4 days but it was all completed on consecutive days in one week- and not dragged out as some contractors tend to do. We had the cleaners come by again a second morning for some extra clean up as a small amount of paint had found the edge of a carpet. But it was all cleaned up rather thoroughly in the end. All the workers were prompt and polite. I would hire them again.
