They are holding payments of $700.00 for 11 days, no real explanation. Now they will charge me another $35.00 for not having enough money for a pre payment going through because they are holding my $. My credit limit is only $1,000.00 never missed a payment. I only work part time because Im 64. They said theres absolutely nothing I can do but wait until they release the $ I paid. Unbelievable.

I received a USD Collabria MasterCard in October 2024.Due to Collabria not being able to confirm receipt of payment for activation of the card, I cancelled it.For the last 6 months I have tried every way imaginable to make the $35 activation payment. The last attempt was with a money order mailed around April 12th.On the general inquiry line today I was told 10 days for mail delivery + 10 days to process the cheque.I am in the order of 20+ attempts at phone calls, electronic payments, and now mail, still without confirmation of payment.I question how Collabria can function as a business when they are not set up to accept a payment.

Stay away from Collabria!! Absolutely the worst credit card that I've ever owned/used and I've been in business for over 45 years and have an impeccable personal and professional credit rating.*** been using this credit provider for 10 years and have had many problems. I have a media production company and I have an annual subscription to a supplier of stock footage, music, sound effects and graphics that I rely on to service my clients. Ive used my Collabria credit card for the last 3 years to pay the annual fee of approximately $200 USD every March. 2 weeks ago in March 2025, Collabria denied payment because they said it looked like this annual payment was fraudulent. This caused me production problems because I was unable to access my media resources account with my supplier because of this denied payment. They could have done their due diligence and saw that this was the same supplier activity for the last 3 years however they didnt and just stopped payment. At the time that Collabria denied my subscription payment , I had $00 balance on the credit card and I pay it off in full balance every month cycle. I had to spend 2 hours of my billable hours getting a hold of Collabria trying to rectify this problem and was put on hold until I finally hung up the phone. I got a call back from a AI phone number that claimed to be Collabria asking me for my Date of Birth and other personal information. I had no idea if this was a valid phone number or not so I didnt provide this information. I finally rectified this problem by calling in the their help centre a 3rd time. No apologies at ****** not sign up with Collabria services as their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Credit services customers beware: Collabria has deplorable customer service coupled with billing errors and interest rate overages. In my case, a $35.00 unpaid card amount was charged $4.55 interest which compounded will a dispute was launched. The $35.00 was supposed to be covered by an October, 2024 offer to award a statement credit of the same $35.00 if $350.00 was charged on their **** during the month of October. The credit was not applied as stated to October's spending but was posted on December 8th, 2024. During the interim, Collabria claimed my account was delinquent and registered a derogatory note on my credit report which caused by score to plummet. All of this because of a dispute over less than $5 of erroneous interest. I have convinced two members of my household to avoid Collabria and will be informing my Credit Union to seek credit accommodations for the members elsewhere. Avoid any dealings with Collabria Financial! I'd give zero stars if this was possible within this review.

Collabria has litterally ****** my money. Payments had been sent to them that they did not apply to the correct account, refuse to return or acknowledge that they've even received. I made multiple calls to a so called customer service center, who blamed my bank over and over, refusing to help at all. I escalated the call to a manager who was rude and spoke in circles without providing any resolution at all, except providing examples not at all relevant or even factual. I have worked in customer service my whole life, I have never before met less competent representatives. My bank confirms the payments had been sent and received, yet they did not get applied to my balance and have not been returned, my otherwise excellent credit score was severely damaged in the months I couldn't safely send them more money for fear it to would be lost. I sat down with my bank *** to start an investigation, and have since received a letter saying my requests have been denied. My money has been ******. I can't recomend avoiding this company enough, the experience has been detrimental to my financial well being and mental health. I was eventually able to get money to the correct account, paid off the original balance plus the interest I was charged (just for the privilege of being ******), and I will never do business with Collabria financial again. My words here cannot convey how terrible this ordeal has been. Collabria as a company is either totally incompetent to the point they can't be trusted to handle money or they are a ********** band of *********. In either case they should not be allowed to continue business. Readers please save yourselves and get your credit cards somewhere else.

've had problems with credit card companies over the years but none compare to the nightmare I had with Collabria last year. I must have wasted over 10 hours of my time trying to resolve a simple matter. Wait times for customer service were obscene. Then they can't seem to do anything right when you finally talk to them. Couldn't send out a statement for 10 days by email and they wanted to charge me for that and even then they were late sending it out. Their system was experiencing "difficulties" for days. I couldn't log in. Phoned customer service and the lady emailed me a special code to get into my account. Immediately got a message that this code was invalid! She couldn't accept this and then didn't know what to do. Suggested I log into my account normally- duh, that's why I'm phoning you! It doesn't work. I'd give them a zero rating if I could here. Finally asked my awesome Credit Union lady to intervene and she had it solved the next day. Thank you! Collabria is the worst of the worst. I dropped both my cards with them immediately after this. Visa is losing customers just being associated with them.

Horrible customer service, can't give me a complete honest answer! Made a credit card payment thru my Credit Union account in error to our Collabria card. Called the Credit Union, was told I have to do a refund request which we did. Said it could take up to two weeks for a refund, how is that possible when it only takes 2 business days for the payment to reach them. Called Collabria to ask where they are in the refund process and they keep telling me that I need to call the Credit Union and have them send the request. Told the service rep that I spoke to the Credit Union & they have told me on several occasions that the refund request has been completed, then he hangs up on me! Can't wait to get my money back and drop this card period! Wish we could minus star reviews!

This company keep calling saying that I owe them money. First they said I owe them around $90 and couple days ago they said over $200. I had a credit card with ****************** but I didn't use it and when I asked for the report they referred me back to the bank and the bank says they don't have access to it. They call me almost everyday.

Extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding ongoing issues with an unwanted credit card account. To provide some context, I used to have an account with ********************** and they switched credit card providers to Collabria Financial. Despite not using or requesting a new credit card in over 12 years, I received an unrequested replacement card last year. I promptly called Collabria, requesting the closure of the account, as I had no intention of using the card and did not want to incur any charges or fees.Last year, a representative assured me that the account was closed, and I would receive a confirmation letter within a few weeks. Unfortunately, I never received any such confirmation. To my dismay, this week, I received yet another statement of account, indicating additional fees and interest, proving that the account was never closed as promised. This situation is unacceptable, and I have urgently requested Collabria to take immediate action to rectify it. I insisted on the following:1. **Immediate Closure:** To ensure the prompt closure of the credit card account associated with my name.2. **Confirmation Letter:** To provide me with a formal letter of confirmation stating that the account has been closed, showing a zero balance.3. **Fee and Interest Reversal:** To clear any fees and interest that have accumulated on the unused, unwanted, and unrequested account. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I have received so far, nobody is taking ownership of addressing this matter urgently and efficiently. I simply get redirected to a customer care line, where I wait long and or get over and over sent to menus by the phone recording system. JUST AWFUL!
