Cool Family Solutions has over 14+ years of successful results in working with families. There is relief in knowing you are not alone when trying to discover "how" to make a difference if your family is struggling with painful situations related to addictions, mental health or suicide. Do you struggle with : Tip Toeing or walking on egg shells? Jumping in to fix situations not in your control? Feeling hopeless anything will change? Learn how to overcome personal family struggles by learning from others with experience and success with a Peer Support Program. Like the Airdrie participants who participated in the 10-week Pilot Peer Support Project from February 20 - May 7, 2018, they experienced positive results by discovering "How to": Listen so others open-up to what is happening in their life, Respond and not react, Engage in healthy honest dialogues. One participant stated: "I have done so much work to deal with my Mom and this is the first time EVER I feel it has STUCK and I got true SUSTAINABLE results!". "Stop the silence concealing pain. Start having conversations to calm the chaos." The piloting since then has had resounding success with participating families reporting 93% satisfaction rate, and this involves 120 individuals, equal to 90 families.
