Refund and Exchange Policy

Individual sales are final. We cannot exchange items. On bulk orders: within 90 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any item in its original condition that was purchased at Beyond The Basics Fitness for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. We will confirm receipt of your return by email.
