Just recently got accepted for my course at this school, got a ***** and scholarship apparently so i was super excited also because it was along the lines of something i did pretty good in while i was in school 12 years ago. So i decided to give it a try. Didnt make it past the 7th ****** in the first module, there was a mistake in one of the assignments that i was supposed to follow the guidelines of a floor plan towards. And there was no extra detailing to there specified floor plan i had to follow of an individual unit based structure. On the side portfolio view, there was inconsistencies in the measurements as well as inconsistencies in the overall view of the structured looks in the drawings portrayed. But now i feel like my ***** and scholarship opportunity went to waste sadly. Im not too sure what else to do about it. It was an Architectural Technologist course, and they wanted me to use Photoshop as one of the programs that i saw further on in the ******. So i just ended up searching up my own programs to use myself. Not just because i wasnt the best at using photoshop in the past but because (unless it changed from when i was in school) it is outdated stylization in regards to the Technologists portion of doing an Architectural housing structured base application to a floor plan design. Now im skeptical to move forward in the course. Aswell the amount of time and effort i put into each assignment was around 5-7 hours. I had 2 things to read over in each ******ed structures that took a minimum of 45 mins and 1-2 hours. And then i had 2 assignments as well at the same time. And in the first module alone i had 12 ******s to do. I was 15 days to complete this, on top of working every (which i dont drive i walk everywhere), and then i obviously wanted another 2 hours to do my own thing and apply what i just learnt to my own interpretation of a well balanced portfolio.

Ive had a highly frustrating experience with VCADs relentless sales tactics. Despite clearly communicating my lack of interest in their programs, Ive been bombarded with incessant emails, phone calls, and text messages for months. Often those are from new, or hidden numbers; other tactics include scheduling a call or meeting without much information, as to rely on our "forgetting" that we have it. The aggressive nature of their marketing has been overwhelming and intrusive, causing significant annoyance. *** tried to opt out and clearly express my disinterest, but their persistence shows a blatant disregard for customer preferences. If you value your peace and privacy, I strongly advise steering clear of VCAD. Their sales approach is not only intrusive but also extremely disrespectful.
