      "I am filing a formal complaint against Bromwich+Smith regarding what I believe to be serious misrepresentation and negligent guidance in handling my consumer REMOVEDthe time I entered into the proposal, my student loans were approximately two years old. As a licensed insolvency firm, Bromwich+Smith should have clearly known and disclosed that student loan debt under seven years old does not get discharged through a consumer proposal under Canadian law." ...
