    Tried ordering an estoppel certificate via its website. Paid for a rush service. 8 days later, still no delivery. Submitted a support email enquiry on status. No response. Finally called the support number only to be embroiled into a circus-like conversation with the person on the other side. About the worse conversation I have ever had with an organization. The gentleman on the other side said things like, "Do you think I am just a customer service person?", "Do you know I own shares in your company", etc. Information he claimed was on the website was nowhere to be found and when asked, refused to indicate where on the website it can be located and hung up on the call, all after calling me combative, difficult and looking for a fight type of caller.The fees indicated on the website are misleading. The 3 day rush service is not a 3 day service. Do NOT pay for rush service. If I could, I would have left a zero star review.

    CondoPapers confirms that after 17 minutes on the phone with this person, we terminated the call. Caller phoned originally about ensuring the delivery of an estopple for a specific date. Instead of focusing on that, ****** then started to argue and focus on everything but. We kept trying to focus call, but could not successfully do so. Once it became very clear that the caller simply wanted to be a combatant and fight, and that the call could have no resolution, the call was terminated. While we wish to resolve all calls, this one made us sad, as there was no process to focus on trying to resolve the reason the person called, because we couldn't focus on that. We hope that the caller finds some sort of peace moving forward, but don't beleive that we can assist in that. We do try our best, but this person was beyond our capacity to assist in any meaningful way. We were clearly unable to find a positive solution in this case.
