    Found add on ******** marketplace he is selling laptops I sent etransfer of $110 for a certain laptop, after I week I not received asked about it he said was shipped, couple days after I requested proof of shipment and he provided me with a bogus tracking number, today 4 days after last I counted he said he shipped today and sent me a much cheaper note book I not received it yet but thinking I won't get a refund or the proper laptop I orderd

    HELLO BBB,

    As per the business data base customer did had a conversation with the store employee and ordered a laptop which was listed as $49.99. Further he said to sent us higher model of worth $100 plus gst as total $105.

    As per our database our business received amount of $105 from Name : *****************************. 

    since during that period of time we had short of staff and one of the employee missed out to sent him shipping and it was delayed by our end. We did apologize to the customer and we were about to ship him a laptop we did upload him the tracking number but that tracking  number wasn't uploaded in ****** Post system as it was a weekend and box was with us by the time Sunday customer was frustrated. 

    he was ****** off and I understand because he wasn't received the laptop.

    I had called him several times and he had never answered them just to let him what situation I was in. I had no employee plus in that my health wasn't good too.

    He did mentioned in a text message as being racist and threatening.  But as a business owner we apologize to him we did refund him the money same day and I am attaching proof of refund and proof of chat and proof of incoming funds.

    we understand some times customer feel frustration and unfortunately it was weekend and we had shortage of employee too.

     

    Going forward you won't see such things as we are in business for 8 years.

    He sent a false tracking number and told me he shipped it several times, only until I said I be in contact with you he said he would refund, even then took about a week.

    He also said he shipped one, but the wrong one on another attempted  scam towards me that was never received, I showed the full conversation we had on original complaint he did not.

    So I do not except there response as he is still lying to me and you, CAL

    As per pictures attached if I am liar than he is wrong why would I attach pictures of bank details of my business account.  He seems to be asking way too much even after the refund.  As you can see the Pic of email transfer to his account. 

    Second he said lie that he spent $110 instead Trans account  shows $105.

    Thirdly for courtesy we called him several time but he never responded to the call and we are into business for so many year we  have kept customer first and always helped them.
