  Certapro Calgary were contracted to paint our mainfloor walls and ceilings, kitchen and upstairs hallway. They came in Tuesday morning and were finished Wednesday end of day. Two very hardworking young men did an excellent and very neat job. Masked and taped everything, filled blemishes and marks on walls before painting. Cleaned up at the end of the day and vacuumed everything at close of day two. Thanks ******* and ****. Pave the sales *** was also helpful when I asked to have changes to the original scope of work. Great experience. We will use them again... *** ******

  We engaged CertaPro to paint the exterior trim and front door of our house. The estimator arrived on time and took the time to understand what we wanted and ensure we were all clear on the plan. He also pointed out areas that might require extra effort so there would be no surprises. The paint job itself had a couple of hiccups. We were onsite to catch these hiccups so they were mitigated with minimal impact on the project. Overall, the project was done well. We are very happy with the completed project.

  We had our deck stained on July 10th. We were not in town when they came, which was fine, that was the arrangement we made. They came to power was the day before and it was not done properly at all. We had some grease stains from our BBQ that were not removed prior to them staining. The deck was not sanded like they said it would be. When we got home and saw that I went to touch it and it was sticky and greasy. I could scrape it off with my fingernail. They did send someone out to address the grease issue, but the repair is still noticeable because he rolled the stain on with a roller. The original job was sprayed then rolled. My friend recommended the company as they did a fantastic job. The worker that did their deck was going to roll but decided to hand brush it instead and looks fantastic. CertaPro has contacted me a couple of times and told me they would discuss it with someone higher up but no one has ever contacted me back. Not too impressed with the company or the work they did. ********************* Calgary Alberta

  Fantastic service from the start: a sales person (who arrived exactly when he said he would) gave us an estimate, and assisted with colour choices.The actual **************************, also arrived on time. He got to work right away. ***** worked all day and completed the exterior of the house and a back hall with high ceilings. Most pleasant person and reliable, also completed our painting to our satisfaction. All in all we would certainly recommend your company to others and be glad to be used as a reference.

  ************ We had the exterior of our house painted by Certapro (two storey 3500+ sq. feet). The entire process from beginning to end was incredible. The crew was very polite and very professional. The task was completed on time, on cost and met all of our requirements. We would highly recommend this company and crew, definitely a 5 star rating.

  We had the entire inside of our house and garage painted by CertaPro in 3 days!The painters were friendly polite and even helped us lift a few things. They patched many holes now the walls look like new, thank you guys! ***** is a pleasure to talk to on the phone, but the best of the best is ****, not only did he make it happen quickly at an acceptable price he picked out the perfect colors. We will definitely be calling you again, thank you all.

  We had Certapro stain our deck and paint our lattice railing. We had some issues after they painted. We contacted them management came to discuss our concerns, and understood them, they had another painter come out and restain our deck and complete any missed work! This was our second time having them paint/stain our deck. We will use Certapro for our next painting project as the rectified the unsatisfactory job. Now we can enjoy our beautiful deck this summer.   We had originally contacted them to paint the trim on the house. During the quote, they pointed out cracks in the stucco that shoukd be filled with special paint. We had this done at the same time. We were advised once the job was completed that the work was guaranteed for 2 years. In about December we noticed the cracks that were painted returned. We waited to call until the weather was nicer. CertaPro came out this past week and looked at the cracks and advised they would not be completing any touch *** or honor the guarantee. There are other painters out there, keep looking.

  Hi ****, I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated and understandably so. When these hairline cracks appear they are the result of issues with the substrate, be it the stucco itself or a shifting foundation/settling house. The product we used bridges those hairline cracks and is made to flex to a certain extent with your stucco. However, our warranty is a 2 year labour warranty as is industry standard and there are many factors far beyond the control of our labour that affect a painted surface in the 2 years after we leave. I know **** discussed this with your husband and it seemed like everyone was on the same page. Based on your review, I can see that's not the case. We always want to ensure our customers receive the best service, including warranty inspections. We also want to ensure that when things don't go according to plan that they are comfortable with why.
