    We purchased permanent ************************************** from Britehouse at the end of November 2024. Everything went very smoothly, but when a section of lights stopped working after 2 weeks of use, we asked for them to be repaired and they are now ghosting us. Another homeowner in our neighbourhood had the same experience. We have been calling, emailing and texting for over a month and they refuse to respond. There was also no GST number on their invoice, but they charged us GST, so I'm not sure if they are even registered.

    I contacted a company online cause they were distributing flyers for britehouse.ca permanent lighting. I investigated the reviews online for gobright lights as that was advertised on their website which I have photos of the website prior to him changing it. Based on reviews I went with *************** Paid him 25% down on September 25th, 2023 and then ****** on October 4th and then I was supposed to pay another ****** on November 4th for the remainder of the payment. After installation, I kept playing with the lights trying to get them to do a few things that I was under the impression they would do based on his website and reviews and starting figuring out I couldnt do it so I got suspicious and started to investigate. I called gobright lights company and found out he was a dealer in the past for them but is no longer a dealer and ***** owes them money. I texted ***** to find out exactly what light I got and he said I-smart lights. I told him that was false advertising and that either he gives me a full refund and he can come and get his lights or I keep what I have and I do not pay him anymore money cause I did not get what was on his website. He changed his website now to not have gobright lights on there which I have a screen shot of that as well. He threatened to come in my property and take them down if I do not pay him. He did come to my house to help figure out the website but it still does not do the warm lights that I want. He has texted me now bugging me for the money. The amount that I was quoted for gobright lights was $2250.00 and I have paid him a total of $1406.25. I also have all text messages between us screen shot.

    The customer is being unreasonable and uses the lights on her house every night. She refuses to pay the balance and is just attempting not to pay. She received exactly what she ordered
