            I was contacted by house of cars after I left a review on ******* We were told that the car loan would help my partners credit (I had to cosign) and we could refinance in a year to get a lower payment. 18 months later that did not happen. My husbands credit did not go up, only mine did. I was livid. **** contacted me and said he would help us. All he did was get a new loan with me off the agreement. Our payments are still high. He never told us he was going to charge us $1500 to do this. He said he was doing this to get the review updated on ******* He put the load pay out at $19.750 (the amount was less than this). he said if its over then the financer (********) would send us a refund for the difference. They sent us $32. The amount we had left was $19,368. I called and wanted to know what happened. They said they were only sent $19,368. ****** sent the full ***** to the dealership and ***** ** **** **** *** **********
