We are providing training and consulting for services rendered.  We warranty we will provide what is paid for to the best of our abilities with the information provided.  Should something happen that impacts this situation we will reschedule and work to correct a situation for our clients within the situation at hand.  Situations outside our control will be considered on a case by case basis.  Since we do all our work based on the needs of each client, statement of work and project agreements, the client's engagement is critical to the success of all projects, we work within the client's parameters and the clients have the final decision on all projects that we participate in.

Once work is completed there is no refund provided as it is payment for consulting or training time.
