    We were with **** ********* and had no choice when they switched us over to API Alarm. This company is absolutely terrible to try and reach, weve been calling and emailing every couple days for over a month and no one can bother to contact us. We dont know if were even being monitored or not. Absolute garbage company, were trying to find out how to get out of our contract but no one will speak to us. Terrible business.

    Zero interest in basic business ethics. Zero accountability. Zero effort put forward in helping single home customers. Treated like pocket change, zero effort in rectifying a initially minor issue that they dragged out 7 months.

    Got switched over to API from **** and now no cameras work, my panel is shut down wont turn back on and have tried for over 3 weeks to contact them. Wait on hold for 45 min to get an answering machine with no response to any messages left and not responding to any emails. This is a brutal move from **** to stick us with this company!!!!

    api alarm hard to cancel & charge for service unavailable Someone called to upgrade service to 5G as 3G would no longer work, this was refused and asked the service be cancelled. No charges for months then all of a sudden three charges on credit card that had been marked as not to use. Have phoned and sent emails with no repys. Interesting that they can charge for a service that don't have plus monitor has been removed They should return my money.

    The worst customer service I have had in my life. After a mandatory upgrade my system beeped every few hours for 5 weeks. In that 5 weeks my husband and I left countless voicemails, emails and phone calls with no return or help. **************** hung up on me, Christian the security consultant blatantly ignored my numerous requests to cancel, and eventually just ghosted us. As did the technician who came to do the original upgrade install. Now they have me locked in for 3 years with no exit clause. Im so disappointed with this company and cannot wait to cancel and get as far away from them as possible. AWFUL!
