E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services is committed to providing exceptional service promptly. Unfortunately, when a client decides to cancel without giving enough notice, it prevents other clients from being served.
No-shows and late cancellations impact service quality while punishing other clients who may show up earlier for their appointments. E.T. Bookkeeping & Tax Services has implemented a cancellation policy that will be firmly enforced.
- Payment Policy
We require that FIFTY (50%) percent of your service(s) invoice total is due up front, and the remaining FIFTY (50%) percent is due upon completion of the services provided to you. *
We will send an auto invoice to your email provided, and an e-transfer or credit card payment can be made. If you prefer to pay with debit or cash, you MUST come into the office to make the payment. Please note that any refunds must be made to the original payment form
- Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be made by phone, in-person, online appointment system or email within 24 hours of the original appointment. If you have any questions, please call the office at 587 664 7795.
- REFUND POLICY
*ALL Refund requests made to services already in progress or completed are subject to an administration fee of FIFTY (50%) percent of the total service invoice. If you have only made your first FIFTY (50%) percent invoice payment, NO REFUND will be issued. This is a zero-tolerance policy as a lot of work goes into each accounting and tax file.
