Our Bathroom products are well designed and built, In the rare event that you do have a problem with any bathroom product purchased from www.PerfectBath.com then simply call or email us with your Name, Phone #, Product model number, and a copy of your invoice if possible and any pictures that you have that might help us to help you troubleshoot your problem quickly and get you the right parts you need the first time.
