    If I can give 0 stars I would.The Owner *****.. Mr.Volvo is the rudest and most degrading owner to deal with. I dropped off my car because of the reviews. Do not even bother coming here!!!!I wanted to have my coolant checked for my Volvo xc90.. it was not leaking and picked it up to today with severe leaking, I had to top it off twice. Told us my Car is trash and need to get rid of it and that Volvo Royal Oak dealership also broke my car when they have never.He was yelling at me and screaming on the phone when I was trying to understand what happened. The he hung up on my face!!!!Do not come here. So unprofessional. I will report to the business bureau for such humiliating and degrading service.***** kept asking me and harassing me for work done on my car, so I had to call Volvo to send me the history of the car, and all he did was make fun of me and what I was driving and used the quote from Volvo against me.***** the owner needs to learn how to speak to customers and stop degrading them.I came for a second opinion as he said he was in the business for 40 years and are better than Volvo dealerships.he kept yelling at me over the phone when I was asking question and told me to not bring my car there and to dump it. He also yelled at my husband on the phone and told us our car is not worth a ***** to fix over a coolant issue! He also mentioned to take it to an auction. What kind of advise is this???!I specifically came to check the coolant and when I called after picking up my car, he admit and said he didnt touch anything to do with the coolant.. just looked at it and replaced the sensor that we bought from Volvo. So why was it severely leaking after pickup? I DID NOT drop it off leakingWhat did I pay for then If the coolant wasnt checked?????!I have been ******* and want my money back.
