    On May 13, 2024, I paid Brennan mobile tech to dewinterize my fifth wheel. In the fall of 2023, I had paid Brennan mobile tech to do the winterizing.During dewinterization the tech, ****, informed me that my taps in my outdoor kitchen and shower had exploded as they were cheap and faulty. He said that during the winterization process they can only put antifreeze "up to the o-ring, not beyond". I have learned this is not how this process works. He quoted me "about $150 for parts, and $100 for labor" to resolve the problem. As I have extended warranty on the 5th wheel I contacted my insurance agency and they informed me that the only way this could happen is if the trailer had not been winterized properly. They told me I needed to resolve it with the repair company myself.**** refused to honor his shoddy workmanship and said,my extended warranty company was just being difficult. He said he would word the receipt so that the insurance company would cover it and that this was a problem they saw regularly. My fifth wheel was not usable until this was resolved so I paid $325.50 to repair (quite a bit more than the original verbal quote.)I was annoyed that my warranty company wouldn't pay for this so I followed up with various RV dealerships as well as over 50 friends and acquaintances who have had trailers for many many years. 100% of the people said this issue is a result of faulty winterization. I was told that if they are seeing this regularly, they need to change their process for winterizing trailers as they are doing it incorrectly.I went back to **** with Brennan mobile tech and he has not responded. I would like to be reimbursed for $325.50, the cost of the repair. I would also like the company to review and change their process for winterizing trailers so that no one else needs to go through this unnecessary hassle. We hire a professional to do this job for this exact reason, we don't want surprises in the spring.

    I am rejecting this response because the company did not change their process nor honor their faulty workmanship from last fall. We can close the complaint as per my attached explanation but I cannot "Accept" their response as satisfactory.
