This company had a very high ****** rating which is why I decided to try them out. My mistake however, is that I should have asked more questions on what to expect in the finished product as I had a front bumper/fender lining/fog lamp repaired which were installed fine but the resulting paint job was 60% at best, and I payed for this job out of pocket without insurance.**** who appears to be the main broker at the company and perhaps manager and/or owner, did not explain that there are different degrees of color matching at different costs (which I learned later from other body shops). I simply got a general quote that broke down parts/labor and paint finishing, giving me the impression all would be done proper. Also, their quotes do not give the names of the companies. So, if you wanted to look up the companies before making a final decision your not able to, as they do not give you the name of the company until after you pick the quote you want (Although yes, **** will tell you that regardless of the company used there is a lifetime warranty).This did not end well for myself but I think if they would just be more upfront on what to expect of a job and give the customer options in their quotes so they can be more informed rather than making blind assumptions, I think this could have turned out more positively.

Everything was explain very well unfortunately there must have been some miscommunication between customer & representative of ********************** **** (We will focus on this review to increase our communication skills to better our business practices with our customers).All the work completed by the shop was looked over yourself (customer) then once you were happy you signed a legal document that stating that on the day of completion of your painted bumper you were satisfied. 3 weeks went bye & you call us stating you were not happy with the colour match of the new bumper to your fender you painted yourself or the other fender that was still manufacture colour. You were also offered at anytime to have your front bumper repainted & you declined!We Appreciate your review & please do not sign legal documents saying your satisfied with work completed when your not! Very difficult to try to rectify this situation after 3 weeks has gone bye with shop vendor.

Another thing we forgot to mention is that we do-not do any work or repairs we strictly only give as many estimates for the customer as possible and only give out information once customer decides on the bid they like, at this point they have an option of using that shop or not. We do stand behind our customers as well as support our shop vendors to make the vehicle repair experience a good one for both parties involved.Thank you Autobody Collision Brokers!
