    On July 17, a tree fell on our vehicle at ******** Canyon. Working with our insurance they suggested we take the vehicle to a Caliber Collision so we made contact with **** **** and he said hes be happy to help us. He also indicated he would be able to ship our property that was in the vehicle with the car since it was going to be shipped home anyway. However, around August 24, 2023 insurance indicated it was going to cost too much to repair and they were totaling it. **** said he could still ship our property, but requested payment via our credit card instead of from insurance. Charges were placed against our card on August 31. My husband received a receipt for the charges but it had no tracking number or shipping information. In the process of trying to follow up, I found both phone numbers I had for the company are disconnected. All of our camping gear and many other items were stored at Calibre collision and now I have no way to track them down and still have not received them. I have contested the payment with **** because the property hasnt been returned and I cant contact the individual who said hed be responsible.
