    This company is an absolute disaster and *******. As someone already stated their inability to run a mobile home park, I’ll just say 100%. We had some financial problems and had a hearing few months ago. We’d already not only paid the balance owing but an additional 2 months rent. 6 days before a new company takes over, I received a letter demanding eviction and that 2 months rent. Even the mediator noted that the excess was for Nov. & Dec. It’s sorted but only because I spoke up stating I have proof! Either the company is ******* or their employees. Do not trust them

    This company is a disgrace to its tenants. They ask for requests? When submitting a request, we are told "Oh, we do not do that". Now we are told that if our Mobile Home does not have a 'peaked roof' we are to have our rounded roof replaced at our cost,even if we own our homes, but not the land it sits on. In other words, we rent the land from Capreit. The lot rent increases every year, which by now takes away ones entire Canada Pension payment. We are also informed that they GIVE us the use of their property on which to have our homes, SO WHY DO WE PAY RENT. We receive NOT ONE SINGLE CONSIDERATION. Other properties run by Capreit, specifically those in other provinces, have community functions, family get togethers, summer barbecues, Halloween parties. Something is not quite right, for us in *******
