    Rude, aggressive customer service. Restocking fee abominably high, ridiculous! Do not order a booze gift basket from Alberta Beer Exchange! I ordered a gift basket, but accidentally put the wrong address and was charged a restocking fee of $86.15 when the whole basket only came to $110! I was accused of being fraudulent and dishonest when I accidentally put ******* instead of ******* as they do not deliver outside *******. I was aware of this and obviously did not do that on purpose. What point would there be? They would know it was ******* by putting the address into their GPS or when they were driving outside of the city. Unfortunately for me, there was the same address in *******, luckily the people werent home and the gift basket was returned to the ** Beer Exchange. I am a senior and made an honest mistake and dont deserve the accusation of being dishonest and fraudulent. I am very upset! If they had been upfront with me about the restocking fee, I would have arranged to have the basket picked up. They are charging me for the basket, filler, etc. Which can all be used again. When I mentioned this they statedthat is not the point, you are fraudulent and dishonest. They are certainly not honest themselves. . . Their motto must be attack is the best form of defence, because they certainly attacked me immediately they answered my calm enquiry of why the restocking fee was so high. They certainly will do this again, beware!
