5 starsMy dad had a basement suite rented out to some nefarious characters who trashed the bathroom. When it came time to sell his property, the agent said the bathroom would be a roadblock, and we needed to repair it quickly. Cue ****. In an incredibly cost-effective way, **** was able to complete the reno quickly and take on other little projects we found along the way. 5 starsHad an urgent situation come up with a client. We need an exterior door hung and locks replaced after hours. **** was excellent! Property was located about 45 minutes outside of ******** and **** came out within an hour and a half of my call. He was able to bring needed materials with him and got the work completed so my client could securely lock up his new home. 5 stars**** came out today to install a dishwasher, but he did more than expected. He was able to change the day to a day earlier, as the dishwasher arrived sooner than expected. He did a great job and I plan to have him return to do some other work. His rates are very reasonable, he is punctual, very personable and reliable.
