- Refund and Exchange Policy
Deposit Refund policy:
The initial deposit reservation is fully refundable 100% anytime two days / 48 hours before the service booked date and time.
Cancellation within two days / 48 hours before the service scheduled date and time is deposit is nonrefundable.Refund Policy: We are committed to promptly acknowledging and addressing claims, aiming to resolve them within 30 days from the filing date. To qualify for a refund, kindly report any concerns to our customer service within 5 days of completing your move. Refunds will be processed based on the specific circumstances and the nature of the concern.
Damaged or Lost Items: In the unlikely event of damaged or lost items during the move, please notify us immediately. We will work closely with you to assess the situation and determine suitable compensation or replacement as per our insurance coverage and the terms outlined in your agreement with us.
Initiating Refunds or Addressing Concerns: To initiate a refund or address any concerns, please reach out to our customer service at [email protected] or call us at 587-400-9500. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and strive to find a resolution that meets your satisfaction.
Insurance Coverage: Airdrie Moving Inc. provides basic insurance coverage for household and office items during handling and transportation, with a release value of $4.00 per kg per item. However, this coverage does not extend to certain damages such as chips on pressboard and particleboard items, glass and mirror damages, or scratches on walls and hallways. For comprehensive protection, we encourage clients to secure additional liability/insurance coverage for their move.
Handling Dangerous Goods: Safety is our top priority. Please inform us if hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or unsafe items need to be transported. Our movers reserve the right to refuse the transport of such items to ensure the safety of all involved parties.
Liability and Client Involvement: We emphasize that liability cannot be attributed to damages caused by improper packing or wrapping by the client. If clients participate in the move, Airdrie Moving Inc. will not be held liable for damaged items or injuries sustained during the process.
Claims and Complaints: Any claims or complaints should be submitted in written correspondence within 15 days after the move or incident date. We are committed to promptly acknowledging and addressing claims, striving to resolve them within 30 days from the filing date.
