    My experience with Continent Construction raised significant concerns about project execution, communication, and site management. No formal schedule or milestone plan was ever provided, and change orders remained undocumented until specifically requested, creating ongoing scope confusion. Invoices were issued before work was completed, without walkthroughs or sign-offs, and receipts were only shared upon follow-up. Key installations were performed incorrectly and required rework by third parties. Site safety practices were poor: permit cards were never displayed, debris was left unsecured, and open window ***** remained unaddressed despite repeated reminders. No portable toilet was providedworkers used an unfinished home onsite, which was unacceptable. Primer application was incomplete and below standard, despite claims of completion.The concrete work was not done in time and even after multiple request to complete the work, yet no plan was confirmed. A key fire exit remained blocked, forcing us to hire another vendor. When we raised these concerns and the committed timeline was approaching to close these issues, Continental unilaterally suspended and then terminated work, citing vague and false reasons. After engaging a different vendor to resume the project, we discovered additional workmanship and compliance issues left unresolved.Based on this experience, we would not recommend Continent Construction to anyone.

    Super professional company, eh? My basement's making me some extra cash now, thanks to these folks. ***** was the guy in charge of my project, and everything went smoothly. They actually delivered more than they promised. Can you believe it? Got my basement all done in just 54 days, eh?
