      Bait and Switch-- Careful these types of companies are infamous for marketing packages and then backing out of their commitment to what you purchase. Just spoke with ****** (manager that was inefficient) as I am getting close to an event I paid top dollar for, only to find they "cancelled" the *** portion. ********* lied saying I was told that and basically "oh well". They charge a 25% fee for their services only so they can take advantage of you later down the line. Its a shame these types of companies run so immorally after paying top dollars. I have left a message for the owner: ********************* although I find these companies care less about service as opposed to the bottom line.

      NEVER PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH ACE TICKETS!!! They are completely disreputable.We purchased expensive Bruins tickets for premium seats to the tune of $1855.00 as THE Christmas present for our grandchildren on 12/15/2021 for a game on 1/22/2022. We reviewed Covid policy at that time which allowed either vaccination card or proof of negative covid test. Our grandchildren are not vaccinated but the policy of a negative covid test allowed us to take them to the game so we purchased the tickets. On 1/15/2022 (only a week before the game), the ************** changed the policy that all patrons had to show proof of vaccination. We live out of state and found out about this policy on 1/17/2022 (less than a week prior to the game). We called Ace Tickets immediately to make them aware that we were not being allowed to attend due to the children's non vaccination status. We explained that when we purchased the tickets, the policy was different. We were sure they would have said, no problem, we understand, and would have refunded our purchase.The people at Ace tickets didn't care! They said, "do you expect us to be out the money"? We responded that they are the ones doing business with ********* and the **************, not us. We said we purchased the tickets from Ace Tickets (not the ********* or the **************) and we felt that as their customer, they should be honorable and refund our money. We said that since they are the company doing business with the venue and the city, they should be the ones arguing with the venue or the city for a refund of any money they would be out after refunding their customers due to ********* and **************'s brand new covid policy. They said they had no loss from the policy so they had no reason to argue the policy with ********* or the **************, which is true because they are letting the customer hold the bag for any loss! Bottom line, we didn't cancel or decide we didn't want to go. These are not normal times and normal circumstances. If Ace Tickets was a reputable company, they would be refunding purchases to those who are being told they cannot attend due to this NEW covid policy which was NOT in effect when we purchased the tickets. The people at Ace were rude and didn't care at all about us as customers. BUYER BEWARE! Do not spend your hard earned money with ACE Tickets!!

      Do NOT buy tickets from this company without checking around for better prices or going directly to the source. They will sell tickets for 3-4x the price that (better) tickets are still available for, and they will NOT refund your money.
