      ***** was super helpful in explaining everything having to do with a drain, clean and fill of a hot tub for a new owner. We inherited it in disrepair and he spent a lot of time and care making it look and function great!

      Called ***************** looking for help with an error code on my Sundance spa. ********************* came out and assessed the problem and came up with a number of issues. On his advice I decided to fix the tub. **** was always in contact with me with any updates. The only problem was it took about 3 months from start to finish, getting the parts needed took time. ******* was very helpful in updating me with the parts update and setting up an appointment to send **** out for the service. **** did a great job getting the spa running. NE Spas also compensated me $ for the long wait which really wasn't their fault. Overall, I was happy with everything and will use them again .

      We went to the Auburn location looking for a solution to a problem with a **** Jetsetter Spa that had not been used for several years. We spoke with ****. Other times that we have gone to a similar spa/pool business, they have always tried to sell us something instead of helping us solve our problem. This was not the case at New England Spas. **** advised us not to spend any money until we run the Spa and see if there are any leaks or other problems. Most places would want to come out and service the Spa, usually at a cost of $250. per hour. Later I received a call for their service department asking me if I had run the Spa which I had not. They told me to give them a call if I needed any further advice or assistance. It's refreshing to know that you can go to a business for assistance and not be pressured into spending money frivolously.

      From sales to warehouse to service to product quality this company has been frustrating and aggravating to deal with. My 3 year old spa has had 2 leaks in the last 6 months. For the first leak, it took a month to assess the problem, a month to receive the parts, a month to fix. A new leak was discovered by me 5 days later. Another month lost to scheduling, decision made in October to bring it to factory for repair and test. Removal is scheduled for mid January. No idea how long it'll take to repair and test the new leak. My subfloor and insulation are destroyed, but the company takes no responsibility for this damage to my home because of a fault in their product.
