      This company needs to finally go out of business. They are always giving discount coupons for item no longer in stock. Does not fulfill orders due to shortage ***** the customer service personnel. Often has false advertisements. Meaning you receive an email with order being filled and then 30 days later you don't get your order. When you call back it's often said that it's a ware house issue and they can place a ticket for back order but doesn't have a clue as to when will they receive the merchandise. At this point they need to be investigated. I had in 2 separate occasions placed orders and I notice when the merch is below the actual price by more than half they all of a sudden they can't fill the order. Not right shut the company down ASAP.

      bought items reebok sent the wrong items. chat with them, they had me sent it back (they paid) and i would be issue a refund. Problem they never issued a refund contact them again. They said some c*** about 3-5 to business days. Finally after half hour they issued me a refund. Like they messed up, then messed up again then told me well in 3-5 business days will issue like i believe that ****, probably never would issue me my money if i didnt fight.

      I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and misleading experience I had today, October 25th at 12:20 PM during a chat with your ******** Care operator ********.I registered as a new member on the Reebok website with the expectation of receiving the promised 15% discount for my purchase of the Freestyle Hi top sneakers. However, the discount wasn't applied during checkout. ********'s responses in the chat were contradictory and misleading. They initially claimed I had to wait 3-5 days to get my discount coupon via email, then offered a $12 E-Gift Card to apply to this order, only to change idea later and claim that it was only applicable to select items. At this point, ******** asked me to purchase the shoes and give them my order number, and supposedly they refunded $12 afterwards (or so they said), although it is still not visible on my bank account.Only after my purchase, ******** told me to check my email because they sent me the 20% discount coupon that I initially asked for, which contradicted their earlier statements that, because of the processing timeframe, I would have had to wait 3-5 days to get it. When I asked for an explanation and pointed out Shatadrus many contradictions, they wished me a nice day and abruptly ended the chat. With the 20% coupon I would have paid $64 instead of $73.87 (actually, $86.90 because the $12 E-Gift Card has not been applied yet). I kindly request a refund of the price difference ($9.87), and urge Reebok to also take disciplinary action against ********. This is not the experience any new customer wants, and will stop me from making any future purchase on your website.

      I have been a Reebok customer for over 25 years. The last 4 pairs of sneakers have literally fallen apart in less than 1 year. The latest pair (3months old) are the worst yet and are completely falling apart. Seams ripping on the side, inner sole ripping apart, the bottom sole have holes and then some. I have contacted Reebok each time over the past few years and have been helped somewhat. I reached out on ******** and showed pictures of the latest falling apart sneakers and I was told I could get 25% off and a $25 gift card to purchase the next pair. I declined as I would have to spend more money on sneakers that are clearly made horribly at this point. I will never purchase another pair of Reeboks for myself or anyone else. I will post photos all over social media of my 3 month old sneakers that are the worst sneakers I have ever had.

      Placed and order for two paid of shoes. End up having to order two one pair twice because they cancelled my order and when they resent the package was not delivered. The second time I had them sent to my moms house. When I got them and opened the box the first thing I noticed was the shoe box had no lid on it. The top was torn off, the shoes had no paper or wrapping, one was tied in a bunny knot, the soles were dirty and the body of one shoe was scuffed. These were clearly used and returned and just sent out to me. Now Im jumping through hoops to get my money back on a pair of dirty, used shoes they sent me. Customers service in absolutely garbage and useless. Not paying for used shoes and Im not wearing used shoes. I had nothing but problems with them since placing the order with them.

      I made a purchase on 4/10/23 and just learned that Reebok is no longer accepting returns and I am only granted Reebok credit. The policy update states: "Due to a system update, from 4/15 until 5/15, Reebok will not be accepting ********************************* Any purchase or return made after 4/15 will only be eligible for Reebok credit." I do not live near a Reebok store so I am told by a Reebok representative that I can only get Reebok credit. This is a very poor policy and puts customer service representatives in a precarious situation. Now I am stuck with my order and am told I can no longer get money back. I will no longer purchase any Reebok products. Very, very disappointed.

      Purchase a pair of Reebok shoes that are advertised as slip resistant. They are not slip resistant as advertised.Slipped and fell at my job wearing them

      Reebok is false advertising on their website with banner up top that says 30% off sitewide and you can click on individual items and it says this item is not eligible for promotions. I added the item to cart and applied many codes via Honey and the code MIDSZN which is the current code and the item price did not change from the original price $85.00.Shame on Reebok: State and federal laws are in place to protect consumers from false or misleading advertising. These laws make deceptive claims illegal. No business may make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about a product regarding its: Price according to ************** law offices.I did a chat with a ***************************** who asked for a screenshot after a wasted an hour of my time comparing items on the website and clicked on one I wanted to buy and it said this . I told this person go to Reebok.com yourself and look at the banner at the top of the page instead of asking me to do your job for you . Stop wasting my time. This is why it is illegal to mislead with prices. Sitewide means EVERY ITEM and yes there are many websites that have advertised it and honored it for every item, **************** ***** ***** for two off the top of my head.

      I had an exchange order which wasnt delivered in time. My exchange package reached the Reebok warehouse in November 30, 2021. During the month of December I called Reebok customer service 5 times and they will tell me that because is the month of December they have delay delivery. They assured me that my package is in their warehouse and soon I will receive it. This was fine for me. In January 3 I call them back to know where is my package, but now they are telling me that they try to deliver my package with no success for this reason the just send it to a store right the way. I did not receive any email about the delivery attempt or anything else. The worst thing is that the first customer service person decided just to hang up on me . When I called back there was another person who answered the phone. I asked to talk to an manager he refused me, but told he will send a request. I ask to be send an confirmation email of my request, because I cant trust a service which lied to me for a month. He told me I dont care what do you think or not about it, you dont deserve this call because I initiated you refund . This is the first time in my life when I receive such a disgusting and disrespectful service from a company. I never thought this is even possible, especially from such a company.       I purchased my second pair of Walk Ultra 7 black shoes. They almost immediately began squeaking when I walk. It is loud and annoying to others that I walk with and work with. I was told by they live chat agent that they are slip-proof and that is the sound they always make to show they are not going to slip.I would like a refund,.
