I had a leak in a small side roof, which happened 3 years ago as well. I called another company and discovered that there was no fascia. I thought it was corrected, until the leak happened again, in the very strong wind/rain storms we have had. I learned about Portanova Roofing through the senior center where I live, and they told me that they have received good feedback about them. **** from Portanova came out and explained every thing about the situation. I contracted them to correct it, and am very pleased with the work, and the fact that my calls and emails were responded to in an extremely timely manner! Very professional, pleasant, and efficient. I would absolutely call them again and highly recommend them to anyone.Review from Gary W

We took on some damage to an old historic 1600's residential shingle roof during a recent storm, but Portanova solved all of our problems in an efficient and professional manner. *** and **** were great to work with. I have worked in *********** for almost four decades and I would work with Portanova again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone. *** set realistic expectations from the start, the price they quoted was the final price we paid (no extras), great value, good people, and delivered on the product they offered. Needed a new roof and spoke with Portanova Roofing. **** quickly came and assessed the situation. Took no time for us to discuss an affordable price that I thought was extremely fair. Came with a team of 12 hard workers and they worked on the roof diligently, finishing it in just one day, about 7 hours, just before the rain. I was ****** impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work they did. Cleaned up everything too! Everything went as discussed with no surprises. Great work and products used. A few smaller items I needed done were completed with no extra charge, Recommend to every one who needs work done. In my case it was replacing facia, soffit, and gutters that previous siding contractors totally butchered causing leaks and rot.************Review from Diane H

VERY Professional and superb customer service! The best ********************** company I researched from the Cape to Greater Boston!!! When considering a roof replacement, I found Portanova Roofing pricing very reasonable for a higher-end roof. I chose the "pro" level architectural shingles to complement my **** antique home and its beauty has been enhanced!!! Portanova Roofing WILL respond to your emails and calls!! **** and **** provided superb customer service and explained all steps to the job prior to and along the way. As promised, the roof replacement to my home, porch, toolshed and skylight replacement took one day!!! They scheduled it at a time that was convenient for me. Their crew is amazing and work ethic and attention to detail as they protected my home during the setup, replaced any rotted wood, and clean up was exemplary!!! I am so thankful I chose Portanova Roofing and highly recommend them! I would give them 10 STARS!!!
