I requested transportation to the airport for 3 adults, 2 toddlers and their car seats, and 3 suitcases. This information was confirmed with ******* upon booking. I was assured that this would be fine. Our driver arrived 20 minutes late in a rusted out 2010 **** Explorer that was not clean inside. Our luggage would not fit with the amount of people in our booking. The driver told us that she did not think we would fit either, but ******* told her to come anyway. ******* then cursed me out on the phone after asking for a refund. Do not use this company. It is neither luxurious or professional. Save your money and dont waste your time.

This customer sent a email asking for a vehicle for 5 people. At no time did she mention that it was 2 adult and 3 children all with car seats. She also did. It mention there would be a double troller.
On the day of the trip she was informed that due to an accident her driver would be 15 minutes late. The driver arrived in a 2015 SUV that has no rust on it at all. It was also clean. 
before even attempting to put the luggage in the vehicle, the clients husband swore at the driver multiple times. He the. Opened the hatch of the vehicle and then slammed it down, breaking the door. By then threatened the driver and pointed in her face swearing again. 
The driver then was instructed to leave. The police were called to report the issue with the vehicle and the driver left the area. The bags would have fit in the vehicle. These people also made a complaint on another page stating that the owner cursed at them, however the owner was not there and was not called until after the complaint was made. 
I am sorry this job went down this was but no driver deserves to be threatened.
