      wayfair has deceptive billing practice. They do not refund as expected and they try to confuse you with bill breakdowns. Will report to the better business bureau.Bottom line is to stick to ****** or *******, for they are reputable.After I enter this review, Wayfair replies with lies.       Coffee table was ordered August 26th , 2024 Still not received as on September 20th,2024 . Delivery was promised on September 1st -Called customer service twice and they just give run around that product is with carrier . When we call carrier they saying they never received product from Wayfair . According to them it is with Wayfair NC warehouse .. paid over $1816 and no replies . Seems no one cares

      Frustrating Cancellation Experience with Wayfair**I recently had a disappointing experience with Wayfair that I feel needs to be shared. I initiated the cancellation of my order (#xxxxxx0962) due to shipping delays of over 15 days. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of timely communication from Wayfair made the situation even more frustrating.After I requested the cancellation, I received a notification stating that my order had been canceled, along with a promise of a refund of $199.50 within 3-5 business days. Its unacceptable that I had to take the initiative to cancel my order due to their inability to deliver on time.This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. If you value reliable service and timely updates, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Wayfair really needs to improve their communication and handling of customer orders. I wont be returning anytime soon!

      I ordered a BeachCrest Home product and received a counterfeit with packaging from Amazon - brand was Dofasayi, a known counterfeiter. An Amazon receipt was included in the package, for one-third the cost of what I paid to Wayfair. I returned the counterfeit for a ***lacement of the BeachCrest Home product I originally ordered and was sent ANOTHER counterfeit by ********, still paying three times as much as the counterfeit version costs. The customer service *** offered that I could keep the counterfeit for $25 less - the difference between the two products was $60. If Wayfair wants to keep sending customers knock offs and charging full price, then I don't need to be a customer.

      It would have been a 5 star. I ordered 2 items. One was broken on delivery and return and replacement was handled very nicely and quickly. Then I received notice that extended warranty I had purchased was no longer available and cancelled. No way to upgrade warranty. Not cancelled by insurer and it took tons of time trying to find things out through chat and text. Product is still being sold as is an extended warranty but because I have already taken ownership of this, apparently longer warranty is not available to me.

      Products are often old or discontinued models. Poor one star reviews are apparently not shown on the website. Mine has not been posted but you can not just click and get directed to one stars. (I checked another site. The one star percent on the identical model was 3 times higher!) You are required to pay for return shipping and they even wanted to charge my card for the return shipping before giving me any credit for the return.) This was my first and will be my only dealing with Wayfair. I am 83 and not sure which of us will go out first.

      Wayfair is a fine and convenient site as long as everything goes complete smoothly with your item delivery. If you need help from Wayfair, do not expect it. I purchased an item, it took 2 months to send it to me, and the item I received was not what I ordered. I contacted Wayfair and coordinated a replacement, and they again sent me the same, wrong item. I contacted Wayfair again to coordinate a replacement, and again they sent me the same, wrong item for the second time. I contacted Wayfair for a return and refund, and they charged me shipping on the return, even though they had repeatedly made the mistake.

      Ordered a deck storage box two weeks ago, the estimated delivery date was several days ago and the item has still not shipped. They did charge my credit card. I have tried to cancel the order but they would not let me, I contacted their customer service through their chat application, it took 20 minutes and was told they would look into it with 10 days. I have tried to start a return based on the late delivery and they said it would cost 14 dollars shipping. I would like to cancel the order.

      I purchased a photo album from Wayfair for $68.00. I received the photo album I ordered from Wayfair, but it came from ****** in Amazon packaging with a price of $16.99. I reached out to Wayfair via chat, e-mail to their *************************** and also provided them in my response rating of their service of my disappointment and they said they would respond within three days (well over a week ago). I decided to return the photo album since I could get it for a tourth of the price from where they were obviously purchasing it. When I returned it to Wayfair, I had to paid $17.00 to return it -- more than the actual price of the item.I find this to be a form of "bait and switch" and the lack of any response from Wayfair despite my reaching them through multiple forms of communication is, frankly, shocking. I asked them to at least refund the return shipping expense and they did not even do that. I could have misstated why I was returning it and said there was some defect but, unlike Wayfair, I am honest.

      Wayfair should be sued. They told me they would refund me an order I cancelled before it was shipped. They later sent the order, refunded me and then charged me.Horrible customer experience.Never again.
