Use your BBB Account to make updates and enhancements to your BBB Business Profile. This one-stop-shop is your exclusive portal for all things related to your BBB Accreditation. Check your inquiry statistics, read and respond to your customer reviews, view your BBB activity report, update your company’s address, pay your invoice, download the BBB Seal for your website and printed materials/Facebook page, stay up-to-date on the latest advertising opportunities, and more.
To access your BBB Account, please follow the instructions below:
Enter the email address that is associated with your account.
For first time users, please click "Don’t have an Account? Create it now." You will be prompted to create an account. Select "Business" and enter your email address.
If you do not know your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link and you can enter the email address you registered with and receive a code to reset your password.
Once logged in, on the left, you will see options to download the Accredited Business Seal for your website (Accredited Business Seal - Online Code) and for your printed materials/Facebook page (Accredited Business Logos - For Print). You can also utilize the Customer Review Toolkit, add images/videos to your Business Profile, and more.
