About the publication
For decades, BBB Akron released a local Accredited Business Directory, designed as an easy resource for consumers to find accredited businesses in their community. As our directory grew and technology advanced, the needs of our consumers and businesses changed. Consumers now had access to a searchable online directory and we knew a change was needed.
With feedback from our team, Accredited Businesses and consumers, we shifted our focus and began developing something new. In 2023, the Accredited Business Directory was retired and the BBB Trust Guide was released.
The goal of this consumer focused publication is to connect with our community beyond a directory. Within the BBB Trust Guide, you can find:
