              I bought an expensive BBQ, they then send it with a third rate carrier that hands off the BBQ to another company. It has been sitting in Portland for 5 days and was suppose to be delivered March 12. I spoke to *** a few times and they don't know when it will get delivered and BBQ guys was not helpful and will make me pay the shipping fee's. I had to cancel a vacation that I was trying to take before going back to work, now I can't go not knowing what the status of this BBQ is now and I am not paying for a return fee for them using a bad carrier. ***** *** and ***** would have had that delivered by now if they used real shippers. Possibly even Oak harbor freight lines even though they are haphazard how they work but are another cheap company. Not happy

              After 3 weeks ordered, Yesterday, was delivery day for a grill. Today they sent me a email saying they have no idea when the grill can be delivered and they grand me a favor to cancel the order. Beter order the grill from ********* that to dell with them

              ***** ******** placed an order with us on Friday 2/23/24 at 11:41pm CST. When he placed his order the item on our website showed that it would leave the warehouse within 5-7 business days. Mr ******** was notified on Thursday, 3/7/24 that we unfortunately missed our estimated shipping time frame of Wednesday, 3/6/24. Mr ********'s order shipped the next day on Friday, 3/8/24. On the same day we provided Mr ******** with shipping confirmation. We have also confirmed again that the item is with the carrier and provided Mr ******** the estimated date of delivery as well as the contact information for the carrier to confirm the date of delivery. We are sorry for the delay in shipping and are happy to help Mr ******** if he has any additional questions or concerns.

              Mostly of them are not true. Delivery day or estimation of the delivery day is a commitment They difference between BBQ and ********* or ******* is that the first one when you order something they give you a estimation delivery 10 days and in this day you will get a email "I am very sorry that we missed the expected ship date for your order and want you to know that I am working with our warehouse to get better information so you can plan for your order delivery." and they offer the option to cancel without and commitment. The chinis give you a estimation of 7 week and 7 time chiper.
