"Ordered a grill over 2 months agoCame out the box brokenI have been trying to get service to respond only to hear its elevated, this company is a joke, I paid over 1k for this broken product and can't get it fixed. "I ordered a product from this company customer service doesn't exist, I requested to cancel my order and they still shipped the item and didn't try to stop it. They sent me a link to request a return and in order to put a return request in I had to agree to pay for the free shipping that the order qualified for and for the return shipping which is all a scam that's why they continued to ship the item after I canceled the order." ...
