            The company was hired by by neighbor at **** ***** de **** to have a survey of my property to claim adverse possession in court..The surveyor ***** was explicitly told not to trespass on my property but they did and they took measurements of my land for the neighbors in favoritism. I will file a complaint with the license ***** of Georgia as well as this is an ethical concern. I will seek legal action again this company. The company should contact me and to assure me that my property information is not to appear on the neighbor survey. There is no throughout or point that needs to be measured on my land as there is no longer any concrete or anything that for the surveyor to measure.

            Lack of communication and unprofessionalism. March 26 - payment made with notice to proceed April 18 - no updates so I reached out via email April 19 - promised someone would be assigned to the field in a few days April 30 - no updates, request for cancelation They never updated me. I had to reach out after they missed their committed time, twice. Inadequate customer service and unprofessional. I would not do business with them again. If you have a time-sensitive project, you may want to consider another company.

            All of our proposals explicitly state that our time frames are estimated in the completion of a survey. Estimating the time frame is not an exact science. We give an approximate number of days that we expect the survey to be completed. We clearly state in the proposals that various factors, including inclement weather, can cause delays. This particular client has used different dates in this complaint than in multiple other places online where he is expressing his anger and rage over the delay in the completion of his survey. We also can show our phone records and email correspondence with this client of how many times we communicated with him during the course of his project. This client has received a full refund and an apology that his survey was delayed. We are not clear what else he needs to feel satisfied.

            This is a review of the poor experience with this company. Lack of proactive communication and multiple false promises are the root cause of this review.

            We disagree with his allegations about false promises. I have full faith and trust in our staff and their integrity. Again, we have offered this client an apology, and given him a full refund. The Better Business Bureau is not a social media review site. If there is some further action our company needs to take to put an end to this, please let me know.
