Refund and Exchange Policy

Terms, Refund, Warranty Policies– Please Read Before Ordering All sales made through KRNC Forged LLC, whether on our website or through direct communication (in-person, email, social media, phone, etc.), are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, and Warranty Terms. Custom Order Acknowledgement By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following: All KRNC Forged wheels are fully custom-made to order. All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made once your order is placed. Render lead time is ESTIMATED at 12–15 business days (based on previous renders) Renders only apply to custom designs not featured on our website. Designs already showcased on our website will not go through render phase unless you specifically ask for it. Wheel production and shipping time is ESTIMATED at approximately 90 business days, starting after render approval. These are estimates based on previous orders. Delays may occur. While rare, unexpected issues such as material delays, supplier shortages, or production backlogs may extend the timeline. We will do our best to communicate and resolve any delays quickly. KRNC Forged is not responsible for missed deadlines, including show dates, project schedules, or situations where the customer sold previous wheels prematurely. Patience Required Each wheel is custom built from the ground up. If you're not prepared to wait through a full custom production process, please refrain from placing an order. This policy is nonnegotiable and is in place to ensure clarity and protect the integrity of the custom build process. By Ordering, You Agree To: Our Terms & Conditions Our Return & Refund Policy Our Warranty Terms If you have any questions before placing an order, please contact us at: [email protected] Shipping: Shipping price can vary if ordering from outside of the US. If ordering from outside of the US, please email us at [email protected] so that we can get you the accurate shipping cost based on your location. Shipping is to be made via FedEx or UPS to your location after they clear customs. Please note, we do not provide tracking while they are in our container to the US. We provide tracking when they are in process of clearing customs. Once customs clearance is done and wheels are picked up, your FedEx or UPS tracking will update. Production and Delivery: Wheels are designed, produced and finished in China and made into your dream wheel. The wheels are tested during this process as well. Check out the "Our Process" video on our FAQ page showing where and how wheels are produced. APPROXIMATELY 90 Business day lead time on all orders. Chrome finishes can add to lead time. While rare, delays may happen due to issues beyond our control. We ask that if you have a deadline to meet or need wheels before out estimated lead time, that you refrain from ordering. We cannot rush or speed up the process for anyone. While we do our best describing finish options, we cannot guarantee color match to renders or to vehicle color. All of our finishes are professionally done by our supplier, and they will do their best to match finish to desired color. The concaveness of the wheel face and lip size can vary on the specs you choose. Please note: The pictures shown on website may be different specs so they may have either a larger/smaller lip or the face may be more concave/less concave than the wheel produced. Our renders will show you what your wheel specific wheel will look like when the order is placed. Once the wheels are put into production we cannot change or alter design. Once wheels are received, please thoroughly inspect each wheel. We are not responsible for any damage after accepting delivery that is not related to a defect of the wheel. If wheels are damaged during shipment, please decline the wheels from shipping carrier and contact us as soon as possible with videos or photos of damage. While this is out of our control, we will work with you and shipping carrier to get issue rectified. Warranty: Wheels purchased from us have a 3 Year Manufacturers Structural Warranty and 1 Year Manufacturers Finish Warranty from the day they are delivered. This means if a wheel is defective under normal use, we will pay to fix it or replace it. Please note, this does not include cracks or bends from misuse of wheel. We do not cover cracks or bends from potholes, debris on road as this is not a wheel defect issue. Under no circumstances should you or anyone else loosen or remove any of the wheel assembly bolts. Doing so will automatically void the warranty on the product. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation or care, self-installation, or modification; and misuse or abuse, including off-roading or racing, damage from using any chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions, improper inflation of tires, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of tires and wheels, imbalance of tires and wheels, and/or the use of incorrect tires and wheels. For cleaning, we strongly suggest using only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris. Spray-on/hose off type cleaners is strictly prohibited and can cause damage to your finish. This will not be considered a defect to the finish. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE DAWN DISH SOAP TO CLEAN YOUR WHEELS, THIS WILL VOID YOUR FINISH WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, LABOR REIUMBURSEMENTS, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE WHEEL. THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is non-transferrable. WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES FOR ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF WHEELS AND RECEIPT OF PURCHASE MUST BE PROVIDED. We have the right to decline any warranty claims if the issue is not caused by a defect. Warranties are granted at sole discretion of KRNC Forged LLC. Liability: We are not liable for damage/loss of vehicle or personal injury arising while using our wheels. We are not responsible for meeting deadlines for car shows or anything that will require us to speed up the process. Each set of wheels is custom made and delays beyond our control may occur. Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on wheel orders. Each wheel is custom ordered to your desired specs and liking. Please make sure the specs you choose are the ones you truly want and need before placing orders. We are not responsible if wrong specs are ordered. Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is placed, the wheel order starts being processed. If you choose our half down option, you will be charged 50% up front and remaining within 30 days of original deposit date. If remaining is not paid in full within 15 days of completion, initial deposit will be defaulted, and the order will be cancelled. Returns granted at sole discretion of KRNC Forged LLC. If a return is granted during or after production, the buyer must pay a 30% restocking fee. If the return is granted during render phase, the buyer will be responsible for our render fee of $250. ALL SALES OR DEPOSITS ARE FINAL! THIS IS NONNEGOTIABLE. WE WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO DELAYS OR CHANGE OF MIND AFTER ORDERING WHEELS. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE BE CERTAIN WHEN PLACING THE ORDERS.
